Your initiation into your fraternity is a commitment of your time, money and integrity as a part of a lifelong membership.
In my time working for my fraternity, I came across many students and alumni from a variety of fraternities and sororities interested in addressing concerns, but without an understanding of how to take action or learn more about their organization’s operations.
Listed below you’ll find the governing documents in their publicly available places for many fraternities, as well as a link to review that organization’s tax filings, where you can gain insight into the revenue brought in through dues and donations and how some of it was utilized. [Keep in mind that the most recent tax filing available is often several years old]
Use this information to help others find ways to change or impact your organizations. Seek budget transparency and claim the power granted to you as a member of your fraternity organization.

= Easily found with a Google search. = Above-average commitment to transparency
*WikiFrat Initiative
In maintaining this page, I have come to learn that links often change, and that many links to governing documents can quickly become outdated. As a result, I will be transcribing publicly available governing documents to wikifrat.com, where they will be accessible (and easily updated) with a consistent link to share with others. Beyond serving as a more secure way to link to this important information, WikiFrat will also serve to collect public data about fraternities as the first publicly accessible and crowdsourced knowledge base for fraternity/sorority affairs.

2018: I downgraded ZBT’s star ranking as I’ve increased the standards of the heightened star ranking to publicly available rituals and/or above-average support of the student/alumni legislative process. ZBT has made their policies easily accessible, though they do not meet the new criteria.

2018: Downgraded KA Order’s star ranking. They originally received the above-average commitment star due to their listing of constitutional legislation publicly on the website. This may be only a temporary page in the run up to a Convention, but given there are limited resources regarding such legislation they fail to meet the criteria.
